A bisubstate kinetic model for the reaction rate based on the Ping-Pong mechanism was assumed for the enzymatic decolorization. Experimentswere conducted at different RB5 and hydrogen peroxideconcentrations in a batch mannerto estimate the intrinsic kinetic parameters. These parameters were used for the modeling of decolorization in a continuous reactor that was compared with experimental results.
